2Playz is focused on the safety and privacy of all its users, especially
children. To protect the interests of children, 2Playz has no intention of
collecting any personally identifiable information from children under 13 years
of age. Where appropriate, 2Playz will specifically instruct children not to
submit such information on this Site.

by law, the controlling language for these Terms of Use is English. The parties
have agreed that these Terms of Use have been drawn in the English language. Any
